A Quick Reminder- "Live Free" (Genesis 3:6-7; Romans 8:1)

In the last few months, I have come across a number of Christians who are occupied with and therefore trapped by what they were before coming to Christ by faith. The problem is that we often forget who we are in Christ and fall into the trap of identifying with the lie that our past is what is true of us now. We become enslaved to our flesh and need the reminder that as believers, our identity is now to be found in Christ and all that is true of Him. This being so we should now by faith live according to the freedom that is ours in Christ Jesus.
